Weight loss is more than looking better, it is about improving your overall health. We have a hands-on approach to weight loss tailoring a program for you, where we teach not only how to eat right for life, also to make changes in your behavior that will ultimately give you life long results.
Initial Visit:
Your first session we will go over your complete medical, nutrition, weight and lifestyle history. By the end of the visit you will leave with a journal where you will log in your food intake. If you are ready to start your new lifestyle, we will provide you a meal plan and a shopping list. We can also refer you for any further testing you many need according to your health. Also we will suggest any supplements, protein shakes and exercises that can help us reach your goals.
Follow-Up Visits:
This session helps us reach your goals, we will see your progress and find out what is working for you. Remember we personalized all our nutrition plans, your journal is essential to our success. We will check your weight and body fat during these session. Also Continue to personalize your meal plan and counseling in any question you may have.
These session can be face to face or virtual depending on what fits you and your available.
